Lara Wallcoverings Shipping Policy 

Lara Wallcoverings offers flat rate $19.99 ground shipping service on most orders shipped within the Continental USA, except commercial wallpaper and over sized murals. Most orders shipping regular ground are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and are received within 5-7 business days of processing. Sample orders are sent regular mail and can take from 7-10 business days to be received. Due to covid-19 some of our suppliers are experiencing up to a week to process and ship orders.

Our offices are open Monday through Saturday; orders may also be placed online 24 hours a day or with our customer service representatives during regular business hours. The online order processing department is open Monday through Friday, so if your order is placed on the weekend, it will be processed the next business day of the following week. For purposes of shipping, business days are considered Monday through Friday.

Regular orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Samples are sent through USPS.

Lara Wallcoverings sends automatic shipping notifications to our customers.  If you do not receive tracking information in a few days contact our office.

Cancellation: Most orders are processed electronically in a timely fashion, so should you wish to cancel, please do so within 8 hours of placing your order. Even then, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed but we will make every effort do to so.
